Q1. What is included in the price? / Qu’est-ce qui est inclus dans le prix ?

A: The price covers the full use of the apartment: bedding, towels, kitchen equipment, toiletries starter kit, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and final cleaning. Extra services (baby cot, late check-out, extra cleaning) may be subject to additional fees.

Q2. Is there a security deposit / Pre-authorization? / Y a-t-il une caution ?

A: Yes — upon booking or before arrival, a security deposit is pre-authorized on your card. It is not charged unless any damage or breach of house rules occurs. The authorization is released within 48 h after checkout if the apartment is left in good condition.

Q3. What do I need to provide to confirm my booking? / Que dois-je fournir pour confirmer la réservation ?

A: You must fill out the booking request form, provide a valid government ID (passport or national ID), complete payment via secure link, and accept the house rules. Reservation is only confirmed once all steps are completed.

Q4. What is the check-in & check-out time? / Quels sont les horaires d’arrivée et de départ ?

A: Standard check-in is after 15:00, and check-out must be before 11:00. Early arrival or late departure is possible upon request and subject to availability.

Q5. Can I bring pets or host parties? / Puis-je venir avec un animal ou organiser une fête ?

A: No. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved. Parties, loud gatherings, and unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Violation may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Q6. Is the apartment suitable for families / children / babies? / L’appartement convient-il aux familles / enfants / bébés ?

A: Yes, but please mention the exact number and ages of children or babies when booking. For a baby, a travel cot can be provided on request (subject to availability).

Q7. Is Wi-Fi and internet included? / Le Wi-Fi est-il inclus ?

A: Yes — high-speed Wi-Fi is included and available from your arrival.

Q8. What happens in case of cancellation? / Que se passe-t-il en cas d’annulation ?

A: Our cancellation policy is as follows: cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: full refund; between 30 and 7 days: 50% refund; less than 7 days or no-show: no refund. Special cancellation rules may apply during major events in Cannes (eg. Film Festival, MIPIM).

A: You will receive all arrival instructions by e-mail or WhatsApp at least 48h before arrival (lock code, keybox, or meet-up depending on arrival time). For late arrivals, contact us to arrange a flexible check-in.

Q10. Are towels, linens and essentials provided? / Serviettes, draps et articles de base sont-ils fournis ?

A: Yes — we provide fresh linens, towels, toiletries starter kit, and basic kitchen supplies (soap, cleaning products, toilet paper, etc.). Beach towels not provided.
