Booking policy – Downtown Cannes Living

To validate your reservation, the following steps are required:

1. Completed booking request form

2. Valid ID (national ID card or passport)

3. Payment of the stay via secure link

4. Security deposit pre-authorization

No reservation is confirmed until all these steps are completed.

By booking, you agree to:

✔ The rental agreement

✔ The general terms & conditions

✔ The house rules

✔ The cancellation policy

✔ Possible deductions from the security deposit in case of damages
